OUT OF STOCK IN 5 MINS - REALLY!

Good day <br> I find it truly hard to believe that if a store opens at 9am and by 09:05 they are out of stock of 7 My friend Kayla dolls? <br> I called most of your branches yesterday wrt the availability of the KAYLA DOLLS since it was going on special today - 23 December 2015. Tokia had 7 I especially called the store and further confirmed this. Today at 09:05 my husband was in the store and was told it was all sold out. As a consumer I would like to see the proof of this and that it was not given to the staff as this was a customer promotion and not a Staff promotion <br> Further to this I also called the Reggie's store in Cavendish and was told that the stock was sold out - Yet when on the line with customer care they advised that the very store had two in stock could this have been sold while I was on the line with customer care, 09:40 was the exact time of call. I would like to know that the dolls were sold at this time.<br> I am sending this because I am Furious, angry and feel done in, had I known that the stock would be kept back - I would not have bothered making the effort to get my family to be at the store before they opened.<br> Awaiting your response
