Order #*** DAMAGED ITEM

My order #*** I ordered this item for my daughter for Christmas while on holiday.

When i arrived home from holiday I opened the package. The item is bubble wrapped but the box beneath is so damaged and obvious that the box had been opened before. Looks like a second hand item. Is there no quality control?? The item inside is damaged. Impossible to get through to customer care. This is pathetic. I don't plan on ever ordering anything online from toys r us again!
