Online store not working

Toys R Us Online.... It's Black Friday! You know that the "foot traffic" on your online store will increase dramatically! What is the point of "Early Bird Access" if the site keeps kicking you out due to errors? No stock of items? 2 hours later I eventually was able to put in my details to pay and then all of a sudden everything is sold out! There is COVID-19! I can't risk going to a busy shop due to children and family members with comorbilities. I'm sure quite a few people feel the same. For Black Friday this year, taking into account that people are not wanting to go out due to COVID-19, your site should have been sufficiently supported! How sad and disappointing.
