ONLINE DISAPPOINTMENT - TOYS R US

I purchased a Barbie reveal doll on the Black Friday specials on the 27th paid accepted went through, Monday 29th i receive an EMAIL telling me out of stock and a refund has been done. Now black Friday is over and i do not have my daughters doll so sad. When calling the consultant she informed me there is no stock there is nothing she do but here's a R100 voucher the other option doll is back to normal price of R499 special was R299 now i need to foot the bill when i could have gone someone else so annoyed. Why have an online option and then after specials are done send an email not call an email to say sorry out of stock. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH TOYS R US
