Not impressed

Toys R Us mimosa mall is one that doesn't make sure of prices on the merchandise, causing one to feel let down, as far as I know, the price advertised is the price one should pay. Don't come afterwards and change the merchandise, I am not at fault, look on your cams and sort it out afterwards. If your staff don't know what to do it is not my problem. But I'll leave it there. Next time, you let the customer pay what the price was on the rack. You can be glad there is no minus stars, the only reason I'm still making it a 3 is because i still paid a good price but for something that I didn't want to buy and I do know people make mistakes, you made 2. Your rack prices, and you didn't sell what was promoted. A third with one customer would've done it. Hope you learned something today. Have a blessed Christmas. Go on holiday, seems you need it.
