Nonsense customer service

Orded a gift online 2 weeks ago to this day I haven't received my parcel, i called customer service more than 4 times no "customer champion " is taking my calls, I wasted 200 rand airtime, no reply on emails and WhatsApp worst series ever. May that company shut down very useless. Stucked in my house I can't travel this festival coz I'm waiting for delivery. Tracking says confirmed but no other movement.
