Non Existent customer service, only cares about money!

Bought a hatchimal Friday 20 Dec from Mall of Africa Toys R Us. Yesterday the hatchimal just stopped working. Called Toys R Us MOA who just says sorry, cannot help you without original packaging. I mean, who the hell keeps original packing for 3 weeks? Now we are stuck with a hatchimal that won’t work and no one can assist in getting it fixed. When I told the lady at the store I do not have the original packaging and that they must help me she dropped the phone on me. Excellent customer service, you guys must be very proud of your staff. I will NEVER SUPPORT the store again. Thank you for not assisting a 6 year old in fixing a toy that should not have broken after 3 weeks!
