No wonder toys r us doing so bad !!!!!

When we were In the Polokwane branch there was a toy marked a price 999 when is it was scanned at the till price was R1500 when I went back to get the price they had removed it!!! I then when on the website and the price there was 999 and no one would help! This is truly bad service . On top of that I have contacted customer service 3 times no help!! Truly bad service
