No Refund but Order Status is Closed?

I am absoulutely livid. You're able to deduct money from my account IMMEADITELY after making an online purchase. I get an SMS saying my product is being packed and not even an hour later a phone call saying the item is out of stock and I'll be refunded ( BUT ITS STILL LISTED AS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE and honestly, it doesn't take 5 days to fix that). I check the status of my order today and it says CLOSED? what is closed?? where is my money then?? where is my package?? Absolutely horrified at this level of "service". Return my money as fast as you were able to deduct it.
