Lack of information provided to collect item at store via telephonic communication.
On arriving to collect item I am told that I require a reference number to purchase my item.
I cannot produce this reference number as the document containing this information was collected by the store months ago, I therefore do not have an extra copy of the document. This document is not kept at the store, it becomes my problem to find reference number.
Manager has an attitude when I complain about the miscommunication from his staff.
I find a 'reference number' through my medical aid, in order to make certain that this is the correct number before driving all the way through to the store I call for two days, no one answers the phone ( I even call Canal Walk Centre Management to confirm the stores number).
I email the store and I am still awaiting a response.
I tweet about it to Toys R Us,still waiting for a response.
Where is the response? Where is the service?
