No delivery or refund after almost two months

I ordered a few items on the 24th of November 2017 and have still not received them as of the 8th of January 2019. The estimate shipping time was 3-5 days and was expecting the items well before Christmas as they were in stock. I have contacted Toys R Us on multiple occasions asking them to deliver the items or refund me and they have refused to do so.
