Good day. I have a different kind of complain. I bought a drone on the 27th December 2024. My son and I, then went though the instructions point by point. The first attempt to fly the drone, it flew off and wasn't controllable, It went so high that we couldn't do anything. To cut the story short. I think the remote was faulty and that's why we couldn't control it. Receipt no:***

I want to inform you that if a drone flies out of range, you will lose control over it via the remote, and there is a significant risk of it flying away. For this reason, we strongly recommend that this drone not be used in small areas, such as backyards. Instead, it is best utilized in open spaces, like sports fields. Additionally, please note that if there is a malfunction with either the drone or the remote, the drone is more likely to fall rather than fly away. Regrettably, we are unable to assist with this matter at this time. Wishing you a great day further.

HOW CAN ONE SEE IF THE DRONE IS FAULTY.
