No customer service

I just bought Huggins wipes and nappies that were incorrectly charged at the till. When I told one of the assistants there she took her own time checking if the price I saw was really there. Once she confirmed she disappeared again to the back to get someone called Julia, I'm guessing she's the manager. I waited a good 15 minutes before Julia showed up, no apology at all for me waiting there for them. I was so mad I just walked out and I'll be returning everything and never shopping there ever again.
