No communication or updates around delivery

I would like an update on where my purchase is.

Your tracking function on your website isn't regularly updated.

I ordered this item on the 2nd of November, today is the 11th of November, 9 days later and I still don't have any idea what's going on.

My daughter's 3rd birthday is on Monday the 13th of November, but I don't put any hope of this purchase arriving before then.

Should of used Takealot.com it would of been a better option and alot quicker.

At this rate might get the R 2500 purchase which included delivery before Christmas.
