Money enquiry

I would like help or advice,i worked for ToysRUs in December for seasonals position. They paid us 70% in December 2024 and said they will pay us 30% in 25th January 2025, they paid me quarter not even half of my money. They are not even communicating with me, im the one who write to them. I tried to call HR since yesterday they not picking up, i gave the grace since it was weekend i expected my money to be in this morning. Please advice me what step should i take.
