Missing part

Utterly disappointed!!! Our baby received a sit to walk activity center as a gift for Christmas. There is a part missing. Without the tray the toy is useless. We went to toys r is they don’t want to assist without a slip. We need a part not e new one!!!!!!!!!!!! Just like that . No apologies for the part that is missing or we will call the supplier to assist with a part. It is really bad service and I will not shop at any toys r us ever again!!! When I asked for the suppliera number they told me they are not Allowed to give te number! You know what good service and the right service will be let’s us call the supplier to get a part for you. Not we cannot help without a slip!!!!!
