Misleading Products

I purchased a telescope and a microscope from Toys R Us, Eastgate, for both my sons for Christmas. I found that both items are very misleading. The telescope reads something like, "enjoy the nightsky" on the box, with me assuming my son would be able to do that, upon using it we have found that you cannot even see through that lense in the day, it's blur and useless. At night even worse. I asked my son to keep it and keep checking thinking that it would get better but now I have told him, I am sorry as it was terribly misleading to me resulting in me disappointing him. My smaller son got the microscope, the same thing, he has been trying with different things, bugs, liquids and stuff but he cannot see through the lense to actually see the actual specimen, how can the box read as if everything becomes magnified to the eye when this is not true. Both these products are Reggies branded products, therefore I assumed it must be a good product, to my disappointment both are not. Both products are in still in boxes, the kids have given up on them, I just don't think it's fair that I paid alot for these items and caused alot of disappointment to my kids. I feel that I should be compensated for this...
