Misleading Product

Just purchased the reggies MICROSCOPE 80x - 450x from the Pavilion Toys R Us for my daughter only to be utterly disappointed.

Even prior to purchase I consulted the staff whom assured that it was a good product only to view blurred screens.

I’m sure i ain’t the first and the last customer to have been mislead by this product.

So why have them available on the shelves?..
