Misleading ads with no disclaimer

Quite pathetic, ordered something from their website only to receive the wrong item. When raising this with support, they were very quick to blame me for the situation. They then stated I should have read the disclaimer. After back and forth emails, they agreed that Babies R us didn't have the nessecary disclaimer, but Toys R us did and as they are the same company its is on me.

Quite pathetic, update your site, train your staff and send the correct Squishmallows to your online customers.
