Mediocre Customer Service

The Glen Branch. This shop has the worst service ever, have been there twice in one week and the floor assistants are not very helpful. Firstly you have to look for an assistant, on finding them, they are busy on their personal cellphones. You ask for toy recommendations, the answer given, is very impolite. I felt that I was bothering the lady, she just said " I don't know" and left me hanging around. Like guys so many people need that job and you seem not worried about helping customer. Very disappointing.
