Lying to customers for their own selfish reasons.
I drove 350km to look for a Ferrari walker ref *** which was advertised on their catalogue. When I arrived at the shop I was told they a all sold out I then requested the manager to let me buy the one on display since it was the only one left. I paid for the one on display after 30 min of leaving the shop I decided to let my son to try it. I immediately noticed that there is 1 wheel missing. My husband decided to take it back to the shop and when he complained they gave him a brand new one. We realised that all along they had stock but they were selfish enough not to take it our. I had to spend more of my time and petrol because of their reasons. This is a bad way to deal with customers.
