Lushen the disaster from mall of the south

Lushen has to be the rudest person you've hired...Wow! I am in a queue waiting to get my prezzie wrapped and I get a but tired coz I am 9 months pregnant, not that he or you care, but the lady wrapping the gifts seemed to care which is why she asked me to come through...he started getting loud and made a scenr, which is totally unacceptable and unnecessary considering that he could've spoken with his inside voice. I will not be humiliated and embarrassed by some nimwit that I don't know. Something must be done to Lushen from Mall of the South. Thank you to Bongiwe who eased the pain
