Lego Bricktober Order

I placed an order for the Bricktober special, I was able to add a free gift and on the lego product catalog was able to purchase 3 more which looked to me like a lego promotion.

The store contacted me and so did Shameer to say that my order cannot be fulfilled on the 3 products. Shameer pointed me to the terms and conditions which may I add is not even on the Bricktober promotion but on the general terms and conditions which no consumer will get to read.

Your terms and conditions is a general statement for 1 gift per day, I did get 1 gift and purchased the rest so toysrus should honor it as with the rest of the items in my order as I have paid for all of it as per my invoice.

I am very unhappy with the service and as a result will have an unhappy 3 year old boy that I have to explain this to.
