ITEM WONT WORK AND NO RESPONSE

I purchased a bumper car for my daughter from Toys r us.<br> After one night of use, it refuses to budge.<br> I have spent HOURS holding on the line only to have my call transferred and dropped and have yet to actually speak to someone! I have e-mailed and submitted forms and yet i get absolutely NO RESPONSE!!!<br> My little girl is devastated because her new surprise no longer woks and I can do nothing about it! it has been weeks.<br> SHOCKING SERVICE! Will never buy online at Toys R us again.<br>
