Incorrect Pricing on Facebook

Wow so i complain about something on the facebook page of Toys R Us South Africa about them misleading the public with their prices, and instead of being contacted they just delete the post off their wall. SO i wanted to buy the Nintendo Switch as advertised on their page for R999, i still have the screenshot of the Geoffreys Picks adverti*****t, then when i clicked on the linked after promising my daughter i would get it for her, the website suddenly has it for R4300 more!!!!! Then instead of being contacted about this massive mistake on your side and actually trying to help the consumer because this was your mistake you just delete the post!!!! HOW IS THAT FOR PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have tried contacting Toys R us SA via direct messaging on their facebook profile but still no response from there either
