I need a refund

I'm beyond frustrated, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and honestly don't have the energy for this. I received a gift from my baby shower which clearly says toys r us on the packaging. Now I wanna exchange it because I already have a similar item but I won't be able to without a receipt. Nobody puts receipts inside a gift so there is no way I'm going to have a receipt. Don't you guys have confidence in your products? I expect you to call me and explain this to me. ***.
