Horrified and disgusted with toys r us

After getting excited thursday for early black friday deals, i try countless times to check out and pay. Failed I wake up at 3.30am friday just to get my kids gifts for xmas. I pay. R1034.70 I go sleep. Saturday evening i log onto my account. NO ORDER AT ALL BUT MONEY CAME OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I panic. Create another account in my husbands name just to secure the same toys on sale. I pay and get an immediate sms confirmation. AS FOR MY ACCOUNT- i am still R1034.70 poorer. I call the head office monday from 8am and use another R1000 in airtime listening to music. No answer. I sent countless dm and comment on posts. No answer or replies yet you posting new ads for toys. How pathetic? I call again 8am tuesday. Hold for FOUR HOURS. No answer

I reach out to an influencer on instagram and then someone emails me. I send my bank statements- again no answer! I am now R1034.70 short for buying my kids milk and nappies!!! Not to mention another R1000 in airtime What kind of business is this??? Seriously??
