Horrible Service at Toys R Us Mall of Africa

Service at Toys R Us Mall of Africa is horrible. They don't care about customers and certainly don't care about making sales.

I went to check for an item I knew was in stock. They didn't have the bed on display and they refused to at least show it to me. Even when I told them I drove all the way to buy the bed. Highly inconvenienced by their lack of care. Will definitely not be coming back again.
