Horrible customer service by Isaac Mokoena

I was helped by a very ***********, rude,arrogant so called "manager" at Toys R us Atterbury Pretoria. We bought kiddies toy kitchen that has missing parts,we couldn't exchange for a long because their "exchange " system was off,waited couple of days then we were called to come,still there were missing parts but I suggested that I go and then they check other boxes and build then I will collect later. Isaac Mokoena rudely said to me that they dont do that for clients so I must just take refund and go somewhere else. I dont know if they believe in customer service in this company or u can buy if u want to and if u dont want to just go another store. I very disgusting attitude and horrifying client service. Will never recommend it to anyone.
