Horrible Black Friday Online Shopping

I am very upset and discussed with Roys R Us with my online experience. I know Black Friday specials is not for the feint hearted, but if the site is uncappable to carry the load the must rather just focus at store sales. I have selected my 2 items and continued with checkout and then it started...... Unable to proceed to, bombing out, unable to proceed to the following page, then the site is blank, then I have to start over with the items already in my basket, then I am able to select address and payment options, then its bombing out again...... and this went on for more than 2 ours.

After another attempt my 1 item is "The requested qty is not available" but it was in my basket and I was busy with checkout, how could this happen? Its like when you are in the shop and the call all customers to give back the item in your basket because the are oversold on the special.

Please Toys R Us, if you are not capable to handle Black Friday Specials, do not have it online to disappoint your customers.
