HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a BOUNCE 5 in 1 Pram System from ToysRus in January. Recently the prams wheels started getting stuck as I push it around a corner plus the one side brake also gets stuck so hard that if you try to loosen it you break your nails and hurt your fingers. Now I live in Bela Bela and went through to Pta this past weekend to take this pram back. Patrick one of the floor assistants was called to help me and he then took out the front wheels and changed them around which temporarily solved the wheels getting stuck matter... he also advised me as a single parent to take some ghries and smear it on the wheels when this happens again! This is what you have to do with a pram that costs R4299.00!! The brake that was stuck he couldn't do anything about. After he tried to teach me about 5 times on how to loosen this specific brake and then making ****** remarks I called the manager and asked her to loosen the brake which she also couldn't do. I then asked her what she can do for me and apparently if you do not have a slip for a Bounce product they CAN NOT help you at all! So I would advise everyone NEVER to buy at ToysRus. They have NO after-sale service and WONT help without a slip
