HARASSMENT OF A CHILD

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE CRESTA STORE!!!!!! On Sunday 10/04/2022 we were at the cresta branch to purchase a gift. After paying and exiting the store the seansor beeped. The security stopped my daughter of 5 and proceeded to search her without her father's consent and then insisted she remove her shoes which we denied. A GROWN MAN HAS NO RIGHT TO SEARCH A CHILD WITHOUT CONSNET OR ASK HER TO TAKE OFF ANY ITEM OF CLOTHING. I am aware that security have a job but Toys R US need to train their staff to deal with kids as the customers are kids and this is seen as a fun place for kids. My daughter was quiet traumatized by the experience and requested we find another toy shop for future purchases. As she said "SHE IS SCARED OF THE MAN AT THE DOOR"
