Great Service, not so great advertising

I ordered the You and Me Sweet dreams doll as per the website. Extremely fast delivery, faster than the online shop that I usually use, however, when I received the doll, it looked nothing like the one advertised.

I then notified Erica in the online ordering department, who started looking for the one I wanted. the one on the website. After searching, the Boy doll was the only one with the same face as advertised.

She sent me a photo before I gave the go-ahead to swap it out. This doll looks like the one advertised, minus the little hat it's supposed to come with.

I've driven Erica up the wall looking for the product that is on the website, and after an entire day, still no luck.

Very disappointing. So you either get a doll that looks different, or one that looks the same minus an accessory.

And Erica called all the branches, and all had the same issue, Sweet Dreams Baby Boy, no hat.

I decided to keep the one that was delivered due to lack of options, but I feel it's pathetic that the product isn't what's advertised. If you google Sweet Dreams Baby Boy, EVERY Toys R Us site, states it comes with the hat.

I have to give a BIG thank you to Erica, for being willing to assist with every call: and there were many. The way i was calling, was like I was her only customer, and she remained friendly as the first time I spoke to her. Thank you, once again!
