Great service

Great service!!! Will go above and beyond to help you! My son received a rally electronic set for Christmas. We only set it up 2 weeks later when we got home. After a day the one car broke. So i went to Toys R us in Secunda and explained the problem. The car broke and i had no slip. Just wanted a new car. Will buy it because i dont have a slip. There manager told me that there is no loose cars to buy, but if i can give her the store where i bought it and the date, she will make a plan. 15 mins later she printed me a new slip, replaced the set and said i must enjoy my day! Very good service. No hastles. Will go shop without worries. Thank you
