Great Customer Service

From the moment I walked in at the Mall of Africa, I received a warm friendly welcome from a young man I think his name was Sibusiso who led me to where the item that I wanted was. I was looking for a "Pink three-wheeler s****** for my granddaughter who will be turning 4 on the 4th of April. I spotted what I wanted and throughout this, he was very patient and understanding of my "pick fussy nature. As a result, he "sort of did an oversell " when he heard I was also interested in buying the same for my 6-year-old grandson only in a different colon which is blue and black (the one I bought for the girl had a touch of pink though black) so I wanted the one with a touch of blue but it was out of stock ... so I ended up buying 2 s****** bikes. This was not the impressive part. Then I sort of threw a "loose" question along the lines of how one would go around wrapping this. He already had an answer and said he will make a plan and said he will go look for two boxes boxed to bring together so as to fit the item. After making the payment indeed he did just that; but before he had to explain to the security at door as to why he was bringing empty boxes... so the box was paced and sealed. So that was step 2. Step 3 was this amazing young lady at the wrapping counter….... In fact, I had left Sibusiso putting the one in the two boxes while I took the other one to the car as both of them would not fit in one trolley at the same time also because my grandson`s one did not need wrapping as his birthday had passed but I had to get him this (by the way this is the second set of s******s I am buying for them as the previous set I bought for them have since been worn out :) So the amazing lady at the wrapping table was informed by security that I am the lady for the box. She looked at me and immediately sprung into action by starting to wrap the box I got in it myself to help but she was resolute that this task was her and hers alone! What an absolute angel. In a nutshell, she wrapped the entire 76” 62cm box. This was very impressive to me Super Excellent Customer Service. I learned in the process that the wrapping is actually Self-service yet the lady took it upon herself to assist me because the box was quite huge. I have to go back and give a Bigger Tip to the three that include the security. Thank you to the Team at the Door and Sales.
