Going the extra mile

I would like to applaud Zelnah for her outstanding customer service . I brought three Avigo s******s on the 21st of Dec . and they ball bearings were worn out . I didnt have the slip anymore . so i called them. and Zelnah asked me if i remember the amount and the date . she said she will call me back and she did . almost immediately . she had reprinted my slip and said i can come and exchange . I went in on Saturday and exchanged the s******s , she really made me smile
