Full of Excuses

Wish I could give them a negative 5 rating. Their systems were not prepared the high demand of the PS5 pre orders. Multiple customers experienced the same thing, our orders were accepted and amounts deducted but they over sold the stock. Now we have to wait 5 days for a refund where we could have tried to source the item from another supplier who is actually reliable. Absolutely pathetic service. If their systems can't keep up with the times they shouldn't offer the service. We are in 2020 but they still belong in the 90s. Will definitely not buy anything from them in the future, not even in store.
