Fourways Toys r us Bad Service

I have never experienced such bad service from Toys r us. I want there to buy a Walker for my baby , then i saw a Nuk feeding cup they were 2 prices for these feeding cups 1st one was R199.90 and the other R159.90, i called one of the guys who was assisting me to ask if these prices are colour bases because were the white feeding cups were displayed the price was R199.90 and the blue were R159.90, the guy who was helping me had a look at them then took the blue one and said his going to check the price. When he came back he told me that its R199.90 and i told him that's not what it says and i want to buy it with the price i saw, he took one of the feeding cups and took it to the till point and said the cashier will sort me out. I then shopped around for a few toys. When i went to pay the cashier scanned then said the feeding cup is R199 and i told her i saw it for R159 and they is a guy who helped me and told me he spoke to you and she quickly responded and said the price is R199 and that's that with an attitude. Francinah that's the cashiers name called the guy who was helping me and asked him what is the price on the feeding cup then the guy said its R199 but they was a price for R159 and he told her about. Francinah continued giving me attitude to a point were i asked her to call her superior. Thomas the Supervisor came and asked me.to show him were these feeding cups were, we went there and the incorrect price was removed and he told me that its a human error and maybe i saw the wrong price. I asked him if i saw the wrong price why was it removed and who error made by who and at whose inconvenience and cost? He then walked away and called the guy that was assisting me and they left me there. 5 minutes later Nadia came she is also a supervisor saying she won't give me the feeding cup at that price because the barcodes do not match i told her that when did one shop using barcodes, she rep**** and said she does. She went on to say the price that was there was the incorrect one, probably it was a Black friday special. I asked her to give me price tag that was on the shelf she said she doesn't know were it is who removed it but the fact is she won't give it to me at that price. I have never experienced such behavior from Toys r us this was my first and i will never buy from them ever.
