False promotion
Toys R Us had a add special on few PS 4 games. Went to one of there branches no one in the shop was aware of the special running. Trying to buy the games online. There site crashes. There was never notification when the site was up as it was impossible. I tried to refresh the site and some how they said people could buy the games. <br> How can you advertise this special not specifying only online order? I have the proof of the advert. You cannot say we need to assume online orders only. How to I explain to my son I was at the shop on time but due to false advert I cannot get you the game.
