FALSE ONLINE ADVERTISING!

After I purchased a ride on for my kid from ToysRus I noticed it was different from the pictures in the online ad. Apart from that it was delivered without a remote.

I have no requested for them to come and collect the vehicle and refund me so I can go and buy the one that we were supposed to recieve, from somewhere else.

They keep pushing back asking if they can just send the remote but this is not what I'm requesting.

I've asked they escalate it but it just keeps circling and circling - in the meantime we missed this gift for my sons birthday because they were falsely advertising a version of the ride on that they can't get.
