False claims/Awful service

I placed an online order on 8/12/2019 for gifts for children for Christmas, however, to date as of the 24 /12/2019 no delivery has been made. Toy R us state on their website that orders placed before 16/12/2019 will be made before 25/12/2019. I attempted to contact Toys R Us however the lines either cut off or the agent kept transferring me to a number that only rang and then cut off. Thank goodness I have other gifts for my children for Christmas. I am highly disappointed in the service provided by Toys R Us and will not be placing any further online orders.
