False advertising practices

Staff at Clearwater mall Toys R Us do not price their items correctly and when you get to the till point you get surprised by being charged higher price you never anticipated. A coloured lady, I assume she’s the manager moved the prices around after I took them to where I took the item from and said that unfortunately the price that was on the item was incorrect but the correct one is the one next to. Wrong marketing is wrong and if staff cannot do their work then it shouldn’t be the customer’s issue…I left the store disappointed and I doubt that I will buy again in that store
