False advertising and NO response to numerous queries.

I ordered an item on the Toys R Us website which was falsely advertised and once delivered did not meet my expectations. I have since sent them 3 queries on it ticket 46545 - 28 May with follow up on 2 June and then new ticket 46895 - 3 June and have not had any feedback. Auto return claims 3 working days for feedback which is an obvious lie. I would not recommend Toys R Us to anyone which is sad as I have been a loyal customer for all my childrens needs up until now.
