False advertising
Toys R Us advertised on [URL Removed] they have limited special running form 12 till 2. So I went to the branch to place my order for my son.I arrived 11:45 When I asked them to place my order the person didn't know about the special. So he called the manager. So I asked the manager to assist me to placing the order he said the special was only for online. On the advert no where it said pre orders only online or limited orders. <br> When I got back to the office the side was down. <br> <br> You cannot advertise a special and when you go to a branch to place a order then turn around and say sorry can't help you online only! I have saved the advert and full article. <br>
