Failure to Deliver

Over the Festive Season Toys R Us released a Catalouge advertising a range of products. In this Catalouge was a Blaze Robot Rider. I tried and called every Branch to find one. Most Branches confirmed to me that they never received stock of the Blaze Robot Rider. How can such a big company advertise a Toy over Christmas and fail to deliver?
