Extremely Disappointed and irate

Bought a LeapFrog tablet at ToysRus Clearwater. The tablet has a 1 year screen warranty. I have been trying to get it fixed for the last six months, however no one at the store is willing to assist. When I go there they either tell me they are busy to come back another day or they are out of forms to book it in. Today when I went, the manager Pearl, who has no care in the world and no customer experience, refused to assist me again. This time I was told the supplier is closed and therefore she cannot assist me, I must come back the second week of January. This warranty expires in 4 days! She said it will be fixed in January irrespective of the warranty expiry date. When I asked her to put this in writing, on email she refused. When I asked for her surname, she advised that she does not have one. We can just refer to her as “Pearl the Manager”. This is frustrating as my son cannot use this tablet because ToysRUs Clearwater is not doing what they supposed to do as the product clearly states it is warranted.
