Exceptional Service!
Today I visited Toys R Us in East Rand Mall Boksburg to buy a gift for my little angel. It was such a great pleasure to be assisted by the guy called Albert. He displayed all the elements of excellent customer service and I strongly believe that such behaviors really needs to be rewarded<br> .<br> The key to good customer service is building a long lasting relationships with your customers. <br>
