I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 of your agents Jeremy & Sandra (Canal Walk) who provided me with Excellent Customer Service. The WOW factor comes to mind. When you can make me smile that is half the job done. Jeremy went the extra mile to assist us in your search for a few toys for the kids, what we could not find in the store he went looking in the back & found what we needed, WOW now that man deserve a Pepsi. He never once stopped smiling he just got ready for the next task in our quest to find toys, up & down he went & to really put the cherry on top was Sandra with her kindness & her positive outlook on live made the whole experience extra special.
