Empty promises for 2 months

I was in the Cape Gate store on 27 Feb 2015. The Chelino Twister was on displayed in the window with the price of R4199.00. I was advised by Yolanda that the display unit was the last 1 in left in the store. I was not prepared to take the display unit as it was already dirty. Yolanda offered to source another pram for me from the warehouse/another branch within 3 weeks. I have been checking in with the store weekly since then, but still no pram.
