Employee rather enjoy his cellphone instead of helping clients

Not sure why we support this company we walk around in toys r us Rustenburg Waterfall mall as we are going to be having a baby in the next 21 days looking to buy bulk nappies and essential products we had R11000 in our pockets well after about 30min with not assistants at all we got a employee named Kgalaletso and he was standing busy with his phone wherby i ask him can hi please get someone to assist us he ignored us 5 minutes later i approached him again and said to him i would like to see the Manager please his reply was (Why do you need help) my reply was please call your manager and he just walked away after approaching the cashier and asking for the manager she then went to look for the manager the manager Josifine came and i explained to her what happened and all she could say was (EISH) well i will be looking for a other company to support with no eish problems
